Accepts:
The Timberwolves get more pieces to move around and get two great players in Caron and Parker, who will both impact this team.

Reason for trade:
The Raptors are looking to acquire a young, and dynamic combo guard that has the ability to spread the floor. Monta Ellis is that man. This trade will also give the Raptors some extra breathing room in terms of cap flexibility, and it will benefit the team going forward.

Don't see why he would do that. Thinking realistically about the future, this trade does nothing for him. Tony Parker is 30, Caron Butler is 32, Drew Gooden is 31, where Monta is 26. However, the trade does benifit him in the here and now, although Gooden and Butler will both just steal minutes from the starters. Overall, I will approve this trade, because it's somewhat fair.

in case you're not aware or possibly just thick headed, parker's coming off the best season of his career. he's the same age as wade, and he just entered his prime. in case you're illiterate, you should probably realize that he's also getting a serviceable starting big man and a draft pick along with parker and butler.
you traded the league's best player without receiving a superstar in return. l-o-l.
funny how a comment like the one you just made isn't around when atrocious trades actually do take place. fall back, kid.

Don't gotta get so mad This isn't real life dan, if you haven't noticed parkers numbers numbers are way down from wht they were last ssn. And i traded lbj for 3 allstars, and my team is still doing better than yours. Sorry i'm not on to comment on every trade that goes down on these forums. I wass just stating my OPINION. Could give a shit about this trade.

approves I don't know why so many people are butting into every trade... If yall wanted to comment on shit, shoulda taken the damn trade committee offer, I don't even like this sht quwan feels the need to comment on things that don't concern him. he doesn't realize that he's irrelevant and only wasting his time. it's comical. we've had the spurs/raps conversation before. the thunder and lakers own the western conference now. you guys have been perennial playoff chokes since 2007 and will eventually have to rebuild around kawhi leonard. the raps, on the other hand, can only get better. I know more about basketball than you thus I have the right to speak to you about your own franchise.

I didn't know i couldn't speak my mind. Jeez tell me more guys, teach me ol' great ones! /fp and congrats dan, you sit on espn.com/nba.com all day. All i do is watch spurs games, and espn sometimes. And even if we do build around leonard we will still be better than the raptors. Spurs can compete with the lakers/thunder unlike your team.
