Grizzlies Recieve: Nelson Bishop - 2 Year/2million (1/1) Player Option - No Team Option - Yes Trade Clause - No
Wes Warren - 1 Year/1million (1) Player Option - No Team Option - Yes Trade Clause - No
E'Twaun Moore - 1 Year/1.5million (1.5) Player Option - No Team Option - Yes Trade Clause - No
Mavericks Recieve:
Nando De Colo Seasons: 2 (1) 5 million (2) 5 million Player Option - No Team Option - Yes on (2) Trade Clause - No
Landry Fields (1) 3.5 (Total) 3.5 mil Player Option - No Team Option -Yes Trade Clause - Yes
Grizzlies 2013 1st round pick
Grizzlies Cap Before: 57m/65m Grizzlies Cap After: 52m/65m
Mavericks Cap Before: 59.1m Mavericks Cap After: 64.1m
Grizzlies Explanation: Recieving Bishop could be good for me in the future. Jrue Holiday hasn't been getting it done for me lately, and Bishop could come in and play well. Having to give up both Fields and De Colo, both being starter quality players, sucks but getting Bishop may make it worthwhile overall.
Mavericks Explanation: I get two starter ready players in Landy Fields and Nando De Colo, while giving up a rookie with shotty potential. Also getting a 1st rounder, which I think will be high, will help me out. I think this trade is a steal for me.

I don't see the logic of this trade
Nelson Bishop is better than both the players on the other end, yet he's packed with 2 other players
Next on, we see an INCREDIBLY overpriced contract for De Colo, along with Landry Fields, who's still quite far from being a star on this league
But, doesn't seem like colluding, just a big 'ol ripoff, and that would be the only way I'd reject it
So I approve

Fields is rated 75(-1) on my team and De Colo. 72. Plus, a first rounder. Pretty much packaging 3 quality players For bishop, as other 2 blow.

so yeah, its a 73(the - is because of the being on a bad team on the thunder), a 70, and a high first for bishop.
