Does Tellem have to come here again or his last 'waive' statement still counts?

The Jazz receive a superstar in Chris Paul while the Suns receive one of their own in Dirk, along with a superstar in the making.
The big ticket remains one of the more productive forwards in the game, and because of that, this trade is balanced.
Approved.
