I dont really hav a great understanding of cap
Say i hav 15mill of cap room left after year 1, does that mean when the offssn comes i have an extra 15mill to spend? Like does the extra cap u have accumulate?

No. Cap space restarts every season.

u get 65mil every ssn. and the contracts left over from one ssn, subtract from the upcoming seasons cap.

Yeah, like if its a 2 ssn/$10mil contract.
the amount ur paying him for the 2nd ssn will subtract from the 65mil cap u have that season.
