Can both GMs give an explation of this trades so the rest of the trade committee members can decide but also make a decision aswell based on their own views. It will help them further decide a decision if you explain why.? All Trades will now need to have a detailed explanation of why they are trading away, what they get back and how it will help them.
I'm gonna go ahead and start doing the updates then SIM results. If the trades accepted within an hour or two then i''ll include it in tommerows sim results.

I am trading away Ricky Rubio and Gerald Wallace because i feel that Rubio deserves the opportunity to start and get more playing time to fulfill his true potential as a point guard in this league, and playing behind Rondo, that just wont happen. And Gerald Wallace was a must in this trade as the Laker organization and Head Coach favor defense, and he is one of the best at his position. JJ Hickson is well deserving of more time on the court, and in Cleveland, i simply cannot offer that. When Ben Wallace comes off injury, he'll be a bench warmer, and i wouldnt want him to be unhappy. Rashard Lewis is a prolific scorer and a new start in a bigger city may be what he needs to rejuvinate his career.
I am trading for Kobe Bryant, because he brings in that lethal determination and winning attitude that any franchise would love to have. Josh Howard is a veteran Small forward that can provide depth and leadership to my players coming off the bench and making my transition from Starters to bench not much of a drop off. Toney Douglas is a combo guard i would love to have. i dont have much of a backup for Rondo or Nick Young, and Ricky Rubio is far too good to be a backup. Toney Douglas fits the bill perfectly and he will only flourish in our offense.

I don't want any stars on my team, I want to win with good players like the Detroit Pistons if you dig whad im sayin LOC. I can understand how you think this may hurt me, and I'm willing to deal with the side effects of this trade if it does hurt me. I am trading for Rubio because he is a young PG with a huge upside to help my team in the present and the future and I'm looking to have a double duo of PG's with Dragic and Rubio. I am trading for Gerald Wallace because he is a versatile player, and a great defensive player at that, and also a great rebounder. i'M trading for Hickson simply to bring another big into my already short lineup, and someone I feel can give me qaulity minutes off the bench. I'm trading for Rashard Lewis because he is a also a versatile player with his height, and someone I feel can space the floor with some of my shooters

Don is getting a great defensive player in Wallace, who can bring offense too. He can play both the SF and PF position. Ricky Rubio is an excellent back-up to Goran Dragic, Rubio could a be starter too. Rashard Lewis is a good player to come off the bench, he can be Don's sixth man. Also, you got a young guy in JJ Hickson who can grab boards.
MTB gets Kobe Bryant, which is self-explanatory. Along with two players to add some bench depth.
