Coach ratings to be evened out, due to the fact that people claim it makes a difference. Most had no idea about coaches even making a difference.

I agree with Shiv. Turn off team chemistry and roles, period.. sht gets annoyin. Let agents handle roles n sht.

roles and minutes are pretty controlable
without them, it becomes simply "build a roster"
but i agree about the rest of them. Unless we have a rich offseason where we can hire coaches and stuff, and get chemistry reports, it shudnt be activated

That's what a GM does, BUILD A ROSTER.. they don't determine minutes nor roles.. That's the coach.
