The Minnesota Timberwolves overcame the odds in the regular season, and surprised the entire league. They made some very questionable moves that could have costed them a chance to bring a championship to Minnesota but, General Manager Maverick Neal, picked up Al Harrington, Monta Ellis, and Ben Gordon, who all have performed since coming to Minnesota. The face of the franchise, Carmelo Anthony. Has been through the ups and downs with this team, he proved he could take this team to the playoffs. The question remains though, can they do the impossible by winning a championship?

Carmelo, how do you feel about this team right now?
[Carmelo]
I feel great about the guys we have on this team right now, it's a made a huge difference with having everyone on this team step up to make this happen. Thankfully Neal made the correct moves to get this team to where it should be right now.
[TSN Reporter]:
How has it been adjusting to having another superstar on this team?
[Carmelo]
You know, it took a bit of time to get the chemistry flowing with Mont and I. I felt that we could do great things, once we got through that issue.

Who do you feel improved the most on this team?
[Carmelo]
There have been a lot of great players on this team that have done their part to help us win games but, John Jenkins has displayed the most improved out of all of us. He has been a tremendous player and team-mate to have on this team, he will do great things in the play-offs for us.

How do you and the Timberwolves feel about playing the 3rd Seed Golden State Warriors?
[Carmelo]
We feel confident going into this series against such a talented team. It will be a tough series against these guys but, we have to put in a ton of work to get it done.
